Kim Kardashian filed a divorce two months ago. Kanye West has finally given his response.
Kanye requested for a joint custody of their four children. However, Mr West did not ask for spousal support.
According to the 9th of April court document obtained by E! News, Kanye requested for a joint physical and legal custody on their kids – North West,7, Saint West, 5, Chicago West ,3, and Psalm West who is 23 months.
Kim Kardashian requested a joint custody too. The couple may work out an arrangement for sharing their kids.
Kanye West’s filing declared that they (Kim and Kanye) should pay for their own legal fees. He agrees with his soon to be ex-wife that spousal support is unnecessary.
According to Kanye West, the breakup resulted because of “irreconcilable differences”.
The insider reported that their separation is “amicable” as per the papers Kanye submitted in court.
A source told E! “Kim was tired of waiting, She tried to give it a chance. She wanted to do this last year. She gave it plenty of time but it is just time to move on.”
“There were no affairs. No one did anything bad. They just grew apart,” the source said.

On February 19th Kim Kardashian filed a divorce to end her 7 year marriage.
US Weekly was informed that the couple had an explosive fight on December 2020. They never recovered from it.
“Kanye blew up at Kim and she was really upset. Thing between them do not seem to have healed since that.” the source said.
According to the insider, “Kim is serious about taking the bar exam and becoming a lawyer. She is serious about her prison reform campaign. Meanwhile, Kanye is talking about running for president and saying other crazy shit, and she just had enough of it.”
In addition to that, a second source said Kanye West is not a fan of the Kardashian-Jenner family.
“He is completely over the entire family. He wants nothing to do with them,” they said. Apparently, Mr. West found Keeping Up With The Kardashians ‘unbearable’.
In July 2020, Kanye was conducting his presidential campaign. He made a statement that Kim Kardashian almost aborted their first child. Kim disliked the comments he made.
“The comments about North and the abortion were the final confirmation. She will protect the children first, always.” a source said.
In addition to that, a source claimed that, “Kim is done dealing with Kanye’s unpredictable behavior. She has tried to get him into treatment for his mental health. All attempts have been unsuccessful. No one can tell Kanye what to do other than Kanye.”
