LeBron James listed his Los Angeles mansion for $20.5. James is looking for a net buyer for his aesthetic mansion.

The mansion is set out at towering redwood and hedges. The traditional-style spread is over 9,400 square feet. LeBron James listed the mansion $400,000 less than the buying price he paid for in 2015.

According to the listening, the home has “resort-like grounds,” including mature redwood trees for shade and privacy, and a grand pool and cabana area in the rear. Moreover, the elegant six-bedroom home is spacious.

Indoors amenities include a gym, elevator, library, media room, and even its own backup generator to ride out any scenario in comfort and style. Obviously, the NBA star also got a basketball net at the end of the driveway.

The ten-year-old traditional mansion is listed with David Offer of Berkshire Hathway Home services.

LeBron Sold his Miami Mansion

LeBron recently sold his Miami mansion for $12.7 million. The four-time NBA champion had bought it for $9 million in 2010. James lived there from 2010 to 2014.

The Miami mansion is found less than five miles from American Airlines Arena. Furthermore, the Heat play, the contemporary compound enjoys a half-acre lot overlooking Biscayne Bay.

In keeping with its coastal setting, it has a pool with a swim-up bar and a concrete dock that can fit two 60-foot yachts.
