There are very few people out there who can say they don’t love a delicious grilled cheese sandwich, especially New Yorker’s who are always down to visit the new urban joint specializing in one specific food. Such as Black Tap for their milkshakes, Dō for their cookie dough, or even S’Mac for some over the top Mac & Cheese. Now, getting all the attention is the grilled cheese cafe in NYC, that just ranked number one in Uber Eats for their grilled Cheeses.

The Cheese Grille, which specializes in you guessed it, grilled cheese is an upbeat, vibrant, cafe which serves sandwiches and craft beers. It is located in the lower east side, on Allen Street, and has been a huge hit for New Yorkers and visitors.

The cafe offers a variety of sandwiches, all to fit the needs of a grilled cheese lover. They also have soups and salads, sides such as french fries, and onion rings, nachos and “munchies”. Not only do they have the greatest food ever but this place gets even better as it offers wine, by the bottle or glass, beer and soft drinks.

Just last week the cafe offered a complimentary grilled cheese on April 12th from 2 to 8 P.M.. Yes you read that right, something free in New York City and it happened to be grilled cheese. This was in honor of National Grilled Cheese day and came off the huge success of last year’s celebrations which offered the same deal with live music and comedy, as well as a massive line, so if you plan to participate in next year’s celebration be sure to get there early.

UberEATS reported that the cafe came out as number one on National Grilled Cheese day for delivery which left the owner not surprised as their sandwiches have been raved about all over the city.
