Ryan Fischer, Lady Gaga’s dog walker was shot. Fischer is also a family friend of Lady Gaga’s family. Moreover, they kidnapped the pop icon’s two French bulldogs. Five people are suspected to be responsible. Los Angeles Police Department arrested them.

On the 24th of February, Ryan Fischer walked Lady Gaga’s three dogs; Koji, Asia, and Gustav. He went on a stroll with them. Two armed men approached him from a vehicle when he was strolling in Hollywood. They shot him in the chest after he refused to hand over the three dogs.

The gunmen fled and drove away with Gustav and Koji. They left Asia behind. Ryan Fischer cradled Asia as emergency medical workers treated him.

On Thursday ABC News and Los Angeles Times reported they were charged with murder and robbery. The suspects are James Jackson, 18, Jaylin White, 19, and Lafayette Whaley, 27.

“Do not believe the suspects were targeting the victim because of the dogs’ owner. But rather knew the great value of the breed of dogs,” the LAPD told Los Angeles times.

Moreover, a woman is also involved in the case. Police charged Jennifer McBride, 50, with attempt murder. In addition to that, police said McBride brought the two French bulldogs to the LAPD’s Olympic Community Police Station. She claimed she found them.

At first, the law enforcement initially believed that McBride was “uninvolved and unassociated” with the crime.

On Thursday, the police said Jennifer McBride knew about the $500,000 reward. Lady Gaga offered a huge amount if someone found her dogs. Apparently, the police believe she pretended to find the dogs for a huge sum of money.

Moreover, Police charged Harold White, 40 with accessory after the fact to attempted murder. Police found out that Harold White and Jennifer Mcbride are a couple. In fact, White is the father of one of the three men who carried out the robbery, Jaylin White.
